I combine my education in herbalism, medical massage, lymphatic drainage, and myofascial release, to curate a unique and healing experience in a soothing spa-like atmosphere. With over 15 years in the massage industry, including 8 years specializing in medical massage, I intuitively listen to the body and tailor each session to meet your individual needs.

Rooted in herbalism, my practice goes beyond the massage table through the creation of small-batch, hand-blended herbal teas designed to support your wellness journey. Each blend draws from ancient traditions and time-honored flavors, offering nourishment for both body and soul. In addition, I handcraft and incorporate herbal-infused tallow, massage oils, herbal compresses, hot towels, and aromatherapy to encourage deep release. I’m dedicated to continually expanding my knowledge in advanced techniques, client-centered care, and nervous system support so each session feels purposeful, professional, and deeply restorative.
