I believe healing starts from the inside out. With 15 years of massage industry experience and 8 years of medical massage experience, I am intuitively able to listen to the body and cater to each clients individual needs. I can access your symptoms and create a plan to to help eradicate pain at the source.
As an herbalist, I craft small batch, hand-blended herbal teas to help support your wellness off of the massage table. I combine ancient tradition and tested flavors so that each sip nourishes more than just your body, it nourishes from your taste buds to your soul. My mission is to help you listen to your body and heal with intention.
